- Information about your business — details about your products, services, hours, pricing and location that we need to build and maintain your website.
- Payment information — when you subscribe or pay us, our payment processor collects and processes your payment details; we do not store your card or bank details ourselves.
2. Why we collect it
We use this information to understand your business, build and preview your website, communicate with you about it, provide support, bill you correctly for a paid plan, and comply with our legal obligations.
3. Call recording
We record phone calls with customers and prospective customers as a routine part of how we work, so that no detail is lost between a call and the website we build for you. By speaking with us on the phone, you consent to that call being recorded.
4. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with third-party service providers who help us run Reach More, including: telephony providers, for making and recording calls; messaging providers, for WhatsApp communication; payment processors, for handling subscription and one-time payments; and hosting providers, for hosting your website. These providers process your information only to provide their service to us.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your business and contact details, call recordings and transcripts, and WhatsApp messages for as long as we are in a working relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return to us or a dispute needs to be resolved. We do not keep this information indefinitely once it is no longer needed.
6. Your choices and deletion requests
You can ask us to delete your personal information, a call recording, or files you have sent us, at any time, by contacting support@getreachmore.in or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 83696 79129. We will action a deletion request unless we are required to keep certain records by law, for example billing records.
7. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us, including relying on the security measures of the reputable third-party providers listed above. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
