1. Everything we deliver is digital
Reach More sells websites and website hosting, not physical goods. Everything we provide — website previews, changes, and hosting — is delivered digitally, over WhatsApp and the internet. There is no physical product, and nothing is couriered or shipped to you.
2. How long delivery takes
After our call, we usually send your private preview link on WhatsApp within a day. More detailed sites, or busy periods, may take a little longer — we'll tell you if that's the case.
3. Changes and redelivery
When you ask for a change over WhatsApp, we make the change and redeliver the updated preview or live site the same way: a message with the updated link, or confirmation that your live site has been updated.
4. No physical shipping
Because delivery is entirely digital, no shipping charges apply, no delivery address is needed for the website itself, and there is nothing to track by courier.
