This policy explains, in plain terms, what's refundable at Reach More, what isn't, and how to cancel.
1. Monthly subscription refunds
If you cancel a monthly subscription (Starter or Business) within 7 days of that month's charge, we will refund that charge in full. Your service continues normally to the end of the period you've already paid for — we don't cut it off early.
2. Setup and Buyout fees
The ₹2,999 Business setup fee and the ₹10,000 Buyout fee cover work we have already carried out to build your website. Once your website has been delivered, these fees are not refundable.
3. How to cancel
To cancel, message us on WhatsApp at +91 83696 79129 or email support@getreachmore.in. Please tell us your business name and plan so we can find your account quickly.
4. Refund timeline
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
5. Domain charges
Domain registration charges are not part of any Reach More plan. They are billed separately, and any refund for a domain follows the domain registrar's own policy rather than this one.
